"Honestly, this is a motel, not a hotel. There was sticky stuff all over the floor on the side tables. The water in the bathroom kept leaking and I told the staff about it. Right when I got there, I saw that and the remote had tape on it and it was disgusting. The food for breakfast is minimal and not very good at all. Why have breakfast if you’re not going to do it right? The staff kept knocking on my door even though I had the little thing on my door, saying please do not bother me this morning when I checked out I had it on my door and check out time was 11 o’clock so at 10:20 the staff came and knocked on my door. That’s not OK. As a single girl living alone in this life independently, it is not OK to just open the door. I did tell her to please go away, but she asked me to please open the door. I was getting ready and packing my things but way to go on making someone feel not welcomed at your motel. I’m not a happy customer at all. You can hear people walking around all night upstairs dogs barking people slamming their doors outside trucks across the way. There are very loud and they’re doing some sort of construction right now at the gas station next-door, so you hear, beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep all the time. So not only is the staffnot friendly and inviting, but it was dirty and disgusting. Like I said the bath had water coming out at all hours I mean it literally was just leaking since I got there. I was there to go to a funeral.

"One of the mattresses was v-shaped, sagging in the middle. I was disappointed we had to keep asking for 3 days for room to be cleaned up and towels replaced. Staff was courteous."
"Parking was good. Room was reasonably clean. The toilet lid was only held on by 1 bolt which almost resulted in a fall, water from the shower ran out into the bathroom, the microwave was just sitting in the hole for it, unplugged "
