We booked a double room. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioner was a little loud, but did not hinder sleep. The bathroom was small. So-so water pressure in the shower. Lots of hot water. The best part: the aviary and koi pond.

Love the little koi pond, how comfortable the bed was and how clean everything was as well. The employees were very helpful, I loved that there were all those birds by the swimming pool. Definitely made it different than any other place. The breakfast was nice had a little bit of everything for everyone. They also had one of those waffle makers which is always a win-win for me.

A very nice & convenient place to stay for a quick overnight trip! The cute little atrium and koi pond were a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast was hot and quick with everything you’d expect for a complimentary hotel breakfast but it works! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back next year!

Very close to Hwy and great place to stay if going to Lassen National Park. I reached there late night and needed the hot water and the guy at the reception desk was super helpful - he opened the kitchen area, so I can get instant hot water. My room was clean, and spacious. Happy with the stay.

6/10 Okay

The hotel was clean and comfortable overall. You can tell it’s an older property that has been updated over the years. The staff was friendly and having an excellent restaurant right next door was a huge plus. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the hotel felt quiet and safe throughout our stay, which made for a relaxing experience.

Air conditioner didn’t work at all at first. Desk clerk came quickly and got it running. However, when I tried to adjust fan after I was in bed, the controls didn’t work. Inexcusable. Quite noisy also— the fridge was loud and the tub faucet dripped. This motel is NOT properly maintained. Price and location are good.

Parking is plentiful and had trailer spots. The hotel is off the main road and therefore quiet. The dog area has talk grass and is large enough. The need was so comfy and the shower was amazing; hot and powerful.

The room was clean. Like the TV because it was big and easy to use with good channels. After you flush the toilet there was a squeaky sound in the bathroom pipe for a few minutes. Breakfast was a pre-made omelette and country potatoes which were tasty.
