"Not what we expected at all. Check in was fine, when we got to our room very disappointed with the sofa it actually looked like they got it from the back alley, the room smelled bad, we had to spray at least twice a day.
Most of the staff were nice except for two. The person at the front desk May 2, 7:30 p.m. was extremely rude to myself, my husband and a young man checking in.
He could not find the young man's confirmation number and just shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't help him.
I was there and just wanted to get coffee and a ice bag, he gave me three and I just asked for two more and he said, "I cannot give you anymore there is a limit (that is the first time I've ever heard that) than I asked for his name and he said, "You don't need my name."
My husband went down after a while and asked for some coffee and he gave him a couple and he asked for two more and he said, "I can't give you any more these are for emergencies only." WHAT ?? My husband also asked for his name and he got the same response I did.
There was no conflict resolution what so ever.
I have worked in this industry and this is definitely not how staff treat guests.
We will not return to this hotel and will let others know of our experience."
