"The property was very different from its pictures. The staff were unorganized and didn't know the time we were staying properly and tried to charge us when we already paid for the rooms. We were given a room with two beds when I had paid for a single bed. The AC worked well even though it was very loud. The shower curtain had multiple brown stains on it and the tub was dirty. There was white paint over the stopper...very weird. The lobby reeked of oil as well."

"Muddy pool Intoxicated guest allowed in the breakfast area. Unattended breakfast area while the intoxicated person was wondering between the serving table. Manager came in to help and check in, that’s good but needs to improve that part."
