"It had a very comfortable Shared kitchen area, with recliner chairs and TV"

"Room was extremely outdated, shower drain started to over flow. Bed was warned and uncomfortable. Unfortunately the room had dirt and flies everywhere with no cleanup in the stairwell as beer bottles and ashtray full of water and cigarettes butts we’re left there."

"The cupboard in which the refrigerator is located is not ventilated and therefore water is dripping within the cupboard and has rotted the shelving and the door will not close. It created a safety hazard when walking past, especially at night in the dark!! The same issue was also in the bathroom cupboards (water penetrating the timber). We were disrupted by the people next door partying all night until 4am."
