"Parking felt safe, but the staff wasn’t very accommodating given the disruptions throughout the night, like the fire alarm going off. Breakfast was okay but lots of empty things/missing items at 9AM."

"Nice hotel to stay at. Parking is a bit hectic so plan on doing valet. There’s a little area across the street that is walkable that has a few restaurants. The high top restaurant had good drinks and food. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!The "

"Around 25 minutes after arrival there were two what Google called carpet beetles. They were tiny. Then around an hour later when we returned with food two roaches came from under the microwave and then one was crawling on the wall by the night stand. We notified the front desk who offered another room, on the same floor. Upon inspecting that room before unpacking again...there were a couple of dead bugs in the room and a spider in the window. There was also an alive spider in the bed. We informed the front desk that we were leaving and was told to request a refund through Hotels.com. That process was completed only to be notified Red Roof Inn declined the request for a refund. We sent pictures as proof as well. Very dissatisfied with this booking. "

"Loved our stay, staff were lovely. The only thing that would have made it amazing would be some type of background music in the bar area—it was just kinda awkward. There weren’t any pastries available for purchase that were mentioned when we checked in, which was a bummer but we just ended up going to another cafe. "
