"To be fair the room itself was clean and had decent coffee. However there was mold around the caulk surrounding the bathtub. The bathroom was MAYBE 10 sq feet. Cold water disappeared in the middle of the shower causing extremely hot water to burn while yeting to get it turned off. The bed sagged in the middle. Loud road noise made sleeping very hard. "Apparently 3rd party Renters get the bottom of the barrel Room assignments. We were assigned to the room surrounded by an elevator, Laundry Room and Ice Maker. We managed to get reassigned to another room that had it's own issues to deal with. If you want your wishes considered at all in the room assignments you need to call the hotel directly, days in advance and make sure they note your preferences. This may or not work, but it's what they suggested, otherwise you're just out of luck."

"This is a beautiful historic property that is extremely well maintained and inviting. Our host was very knowledgeable about its history and she was so friendly and helpful!
