"I would give this resort 5 stars but the air conditioning in our room was broken for 5 hours on our last day before check out and it is very hot in Egypt. I contacted reception about this but they told us it was a local emergency and they were unable to do anything about it which was disappointing as the room quickly became very hot while we were trying to pack up before leaving.

"A nice big hotel with many pools and water slides. Lots of places to sit around the pool. There is also a beach. The property is clean and the staff work hard to maintain it. The room was perfectly fine. The staff were good, although there is quite a lot of pressure to tip which I found annoying and uncomfortable. The food is plentiful, reasonably varied but generally quite bland at the buffet, although I did enjoy the omelette at breakfast. We ate at the Greek restaurant a few times which was...
"This resort is more than beautiful. We found all what we wanted and more.
Everyone over there is smiling and helping us in a very nice manner. The food tastes amazing and so many varieties. The beach is sandy and so beautiful. If you like snorkeling, you will enjoy it there with no need to go so far. We were a big family with kids and we all enjoyed."
