I stayed at Casa Cook’s Club El Gouna in the Suite Sea View and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and very fast. A special thank you to Remonda who helped us incredibly well and was always very friendly. She made our stay even more enjoyable.

I loved the quiet and peacefulness of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. The room was very far from the pool and the sea and the main building, which was the only issue. We liked the stay.

Casa Cook is a wonderful relaxing hotel to stay at! Our room was unexpectedly upgraded to one with a pool! There are multiple pools, plenty of sun beds, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic and the staff ever so helpful. Be aware the destination is a good 45 mins drive from Hurghada and you are very limited in transport options when leaving the El Gouna area. The hotel will organise tuk tuks for you to go into the marina and El Gouna downtown where there are some excellent quality reaturants. We loved our stay here and were so sad to leave!

My husband and I stayed Casa Cook El Gouna to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first holiday without our kids and honestly had an incredible experience! The decor at Casa Cook is beautiful. You can tell every aspect’s been well thought about! The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate our anniversary. High quality rooms and high quality service. The staff here were incredibly helpful and honestly one of the best we’ve ever had the privileged to come across. Special mentions to Gamil and Hussen who were incredible. They were so kind, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you again for an amazing trip! You made us fall in love with El Gouna ♥️

Excellent hotel - highly recommended

After a delay at check-in and a long anticipated wait, Moustafa saved the day and ensured the service was impeccable. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I could check in early after a long night flight. He even upgraded my room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The entire staff—from breakfast service to the pool team—was warm and welcoming. The hotel's modern, minimalistic design added to its serene ambiance, creating the perfect environment to unwind. Transportation was seamless, and the hotel offered a variety of daily activities to keep guests entertained. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this hotel has it all. Highly recommend! The only downside is that the beach is still under maintenance, but I can already tell the lagoon will look stunning once it's completed. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We had an incredible time during our stay at Casa Cook! We booked a room with a semi-private pool and sea view. It was dreamy waking up to the sea and sunshine every morning and having an espresso by our pool. The design and aesthetics of the property is what attracted me initially. In person, it did not disappoint! The rooms were gorgeous and everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond for us, especially the friendly and kind waiters at the pool, who made our stay so special! The breakfast buffet is very high quality and has so many nutritious and health options. We booked a massage during our stay and it was wonderful. The only things I would change is perhaps more lighting in the room, as it gets quite dark, and perhaps more live DJs by the pool. I have already recommended Casa Cook El Gouna to several of my friends.

Pretty hotel, service to improve

The hotel is pretty, really cool architecture and a quiet area. Also we had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was great, also the egyptian buffet. A la carte-manu was okay. Service was very disappointing and not what you expect in a five star hotel.
