"They gave me a room # 208 when I checked in. The room smells terrible with a pungent smell of chemical cleaning solution which last whole day long. The smell triggers my sinus and I had hard time to breathe, headache and I stayed awake for whole night. Days Inn should refund my money. For the breakfast, this is the most terrible breakfast I had ever experienced so far. This Days Inn claimed they offer full continental breakfast, and it’s one of the best. This is totally a lie. "I checked into my room. Apparently they overlooked the fact my room wasn’t completely cleaned, the towel hook was laying on the floor with Sheetrock dust and the toilet didn’t flush. I wasn’t impressed. This is not a Hilton property as I know them"

"This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean! The free breakfast had many choices and the staff was available for help. The rooms were very spacious with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop and microwave. There were plates, glasses and silverware. They even left a minature bottle of dishsoap and a scrub mommy to clean the dishes! I highly recommend this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and we loved staying there!"

"I will mention that the sink faucet in the bathroom was challenging to use, which surprised us because the bathtub faucet worked great. The gentleman who checked us in @ 8PM was lovely. I asked about linking this stay to our Bonvoy account and he was able to help us with that."

"My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding nearby. Our room was normal - tv was outdated but that didn’t matter to us. The ac unit was not cold enough even though it was set at the lowest. Room felt muggy at some points. Shower had some mold in the back and water kept leaking out. Everything felt clean enough to sleep in though. For the price, it wasn’t bad. You get what you pay for. Staff was nice and very caring for our well-being."

"The Holiday Inn in Ruckersville is farther outside of Charlottesville than I would normally stay when visiting that city, but was necessary due to a concert causing all the rooms closer in to be booked. It was convenient to the main route into the city on 29, provided a very clean room and acceptable breakfast. The pool was outdoor and so not yet open at the time I visited."
