"The location is perfect. The rooms are small, but our intent was not to stay in the room. The room also only has an opaque window. The temperature, bed and linens were all fine. Room and bathroom were clean. We only saw staff one time, and they were friendly. The main attraction for this hotel is the location, which is unbeatable. Just a few steps from the boardwalk and beach and multiple walkable shops and restaurants. Be sure to try Brother's Burritos which is just a few doors down."

I assumed this high rate was due to the proximity to the music fest we were attending but while talking with some other guests we found that they had only paid about $225/nt. "Weekend pricing was ridiculously high for this property. There was a concert all weekend in Hermosa and rates went through the roof. Place is just OK. All in, the per night approached $395 room, taxes, parking, etc. Too much!"

"My balance on check is supposed to be $3.00. I was charged $9.00 when I viewed my account. I believe I was charged $6.00 for parking and I confirmed on checking my fee for parking was free and only for a second car would be $6.00, which we did not have. Some of the people staying there were sketchy and it reeked of marijuana all day and night."

"Perfect hotel to be close to the beach cities but not crazy expensive. Has everything you need. No frills. But honestly one of the most comfortable hotel bed and pillow set ups I’ve ever had."
