"The hotel is a little bit older, but the things in it are nice. I like the location. It was a bit noisy at night. My biggest issue was that when I checked into the room the bathtub had a huge wad of hair stuck to the side of it. I’m not sure how anybody missed it."

"The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!"

"Outstanding! Resort was beautiful with lots of amenities. It’s like they thought of everything! Staff were very helpful and friendly! The gym was nice with plenty of equipment. The rooftop pool was so nice with great views and lounge chairs. Good food and drinks at the Apres Pendry restaurant. The boutique in the lobby was cute. "The hotel itself is nice, but it doesn’t make up for the poor experience. So many issues. First off there is no one working the desk after 5pm (and open again at 9am). We checked in after 5pm and there wasn’t even a sign telling us what to do. I finally called and was redirected to a neighboring hotel. Had to drive over there to get checked in. The elevator walk from parking garage to our rooom was like nothing I’ve ever encountered. Only way to the other building was to take the elevator...

"We had a wonderful stay at Black Rock Mountain Resort. Would definitely book there again and recommend it for anybody looking for a nice stay. The kids loved the pool and the lounge/game room. My wife and I enjoyed the sauna and exercise room."
