"The staff is polite and friendly. I enjoyed breakfast. The bed was good and I slept well. There was a mixup on room assignments, but they found me a different room. The room seemed to be humid even though the air conditioning was on. There were a couple small mechanical issues with the room. I had to take a bath because the spicket would not change to shower. "it took almost an hour to track down staff to check in. I had to get three phone calls from the manager and search the hotel property knocking on hotel doors to wake staff up, only to have the manager scream at me on the phone and hang up on me. the building is falling apart even the outside overhang has pieces hanging down that are falling, paint is peeling, doors have signs that they are to be immediately vacated due to health and safety reasons, the brick wall in the reception area literally...

"The hotel was overbooked and we had to travel another 35 mikes to find a room. Staff wasn't helpful at all."

"No hot breakfast, room above me sounded like monkeys stomping around the bathroom door was not working properly. Kids running up and down the hallway being loud. Didn't sleep well. Because of these things."

"The lobby is non-smoking, but smells of smoke because I saw at least 1 employee smoking in the adjacent utility room (an older woman). The lighting all shines down within the room, so it's quite dim - particularly if you're on the ground floor and need to keep the windows shut. The breakfast isn't worth mentioning - we didn't eat it. The rooms are clean and the TV works. The shower is a bit tight but functional."

"Did not like my stay at all. I was laying in bed and had a bug crawl on me and there were bugs, quite a few in the bathroom. Needless to say I will not be staying at your hotel again. I did bring the bug which I took a picture of and brought it to the front desk after I took a picture in a paper towel and she disposed of it very quickly. Very disappointed"
