"Beautiful, clean hotel with spacious rooms. Perfect for visiting downtown Oklahoma City."

"Check in took half an hour due to system issues. 2 floor smelled terrible due to “floors being cleaned” a/c didn’t work and had to switch rooms. Fridge was warm. Billing issue at check out and had to wait in line which took another half hour. Pool was small."

"We stayed for 4 nights during a softball tournament with many other teams also staying at this hotel. The hotel staff handled the situation like absolute professionals. Everyone was also very polite! We were able to swim, do laundry, get as much ice as we needed and feel comfortable!! I highly recommend this hotel."

"Everything was as expected for the brand. It was clean, comfortably furnished, and had a good breakfast. The room’s air conditioner seemed inconsistent, but because I’m perimenopausal, I’m only taking a star for the dampness. I know hotels with pools tend to be a bit more damp, but it was so damp, the bathroom floor was wet without any showers being taken."

"The bathroom floor in my room was nasty. I needed to contact guest services, but the phone in my room didn’t work. There was a random alarm of unknown source that kept sounding. The overall property was nice and the waterpark was great, but honestly not worth what I spend on the room."

"We took our daughters to a concert there, and while they were able to walk to the concert’s venue we stayed for the “social hour” at the dining room. They gave us carnitas tacos (because of taco Tuesday) beer and wine. My husband and I really enjoyed a couple hours talking, eating and drinking peacefully!!! We loved our stay there!!! Next morning the breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. 10/10"

"Wow! Where to begin let’s start as soon as you walk into the front door the welcome mat looked like it was from 1818, parts of the ceiling was missing, pool partially drained, jacuzzi filled with swamp looking water, mold on room walls, roof hanging off, towels had stains, and the smells was of an abandoned building. The building has great potential but no maintenance or love has been given to facilities. For the price they should be ashamed."
