"This hotel is horrible. The choices were limited for the Morgan Wallen concert, and prices inflated. I paid over $700 for this room that made me feel exceptionally unsafe. You can see through to the hallway from the spaces between the door and the frame. There were stains on the sheets and bed, stains on the floor, a large crack through the wall and dirt and grime everywhere. There was a bug that crawled out of a hole in the bathroom floor. The television did not work. The toilet was not fixed...

It appeared that the only thing done before my arrival was making the bed. The room was not properly cleaned at all. The bedding was dirty, the counters had not been wiped down, the toilet had urine on it, and even the towels in the bathroom were dirty. I was so uncomfortable with the cleanliness that I had to deep clean the room myself just to feel...

"Older property but you can tell that the people who own and run it take great pride in it. They are in the process of renovating the first floor where smoking used to be allowed. Staff was so kind and helpful! Very clean rooms."

"Would not stay here. The rooms are outdated and feel dirty. There were stains all over the floor, a hole in the bathroom door, and the paint was chipped. We didn’t have a comforter or even a blanket on our bed. We froze all night under a thin sheet. The room had a faint smell of cigarettes. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. Spend the few extra bucks and stay at the Holiday Inn across the street."
