Checked out a day early, but was still charged for a full 2 days. Silent treatment from the Mgr. Will not stay here again due to the mgr not responding to emails or phone calls."

"This place needs help...pool was out of order...ice machine was out of order and u plugged...there was NO breakfast in the lobby...all of the artwork had been removed from the room...the TV reception was very grainy/hazy...for our room with 2 queen beds, there was one bath mat, one hand towel, 2 bath towels and NO wash cloths (good thing it was only my wife & I staying)...upon checking in our fridge wasn't working and the staff/"family" offered to change rooms to upstairs "since you checked in...

"Breakfast was poor! no meat (sausage or bacon). No scrambled eggs or such. Was a disappoint and bad start to my day. Poor light in room. Needed lights by the mirror so could put make up on there (the mirror in bedroom). Wanted the bath sink area counter larger. Noplace to set my hair and make up stuff. I could not adjust the room temp. Thermastast must have been broken. I was looking for a hotel in area to stay often, but will look for another. I will say my room was clean!"

"Clean and close to the freeway. There are only two floors but there is no elevator to rooms on the second floor. If you have heavy bags, ask for a first floor room."
