"We are familiar with motels and so we knew what to expect. Or so we thought. This was seriously a series of unfortunate events. Both the rooms and the lobby/check in area reeked of a strong urine smell. We were asked to give a cash deposit per room. We wad to “pass” a room inspection in order to get it back (we had presented a credit card). The mattresses slipped, due to the base’s material.
