"Brewster hall was a pleasant surprise! Everything was clean and the space and beds were amazing. Felt safe, it was quiet, and a good experience. It was a large space but the rooms did not have closets, they had bars to hang up clothing. I would have loved to have seen a suitcase rack in each room and a shoe rack by the front door. But definitely not a deal breaker. We will stay a Brewster Hall every time we come to town if possible."

"Booked this hotel last minute on Expedia after traveling all day. When we went to check-in, the staff was RUDE and tried to charge us an additional $40. He refused to rent the room to us. Expedia said it was a non-refundable room, but we spoke to the manager, and stated he would cancel our reservation and get it refunded. That was the only good thing about it! "The hotel was awful. I was on the 2d floor, I was there 3 days 2 nights. I didn’t sleep at all it was horrible; all I could hear is people walking all night in the wee hours of the morning and toilet flushing. If all possible I would like a refund!!! I would never stay at that hotel or refer anyone to it Unsatisfied customer"

"When booking our room we had pictures showing a little area outside with a sliding glass door on the ground level that was labeled at courtyard view...with that being said yes, our room on the 2nd floor however there was not a balcony or little outside sitting area that we were really looking forward to. The bathroom sink filled up with water the minute you turned it on low and took about 20 minutes to drain. The bathroom was not clean around the outer edge of the room on the floor and walls....
