"My room was actually not even up to par things were broken in it. It just wasn't a very cleanly Hotel. The free breakfast was not even good."

"The hotel was awful. I was on the 2d floor, I was there 3 days 2 nights. I didn’t sleep at all it was horrible; all I could hear is people walking all night in the wee hours of the morning and toilet flushing. If all possible I would like a refund!!! I would never stay at that hotel or refer anyone to it Unsatisfied customer"

"Overall, this was a nice hotel in a convenient location, right next to the Rustic Moose Restaurant, which I highly recommend. I also want to recognize the shuttle driver who picked me up. He was truly wonderful, kind, and helpful, and I appreciated that he also assists with hotel processes. However, I do want to offer feedback about an experience that could have been handled with more hospitality and care. "This is a great location for anyone wanting to be near the Hospital District, close to downtown and close to amenities on the South Hill. There is plenty of parking, the room was clean and well laid out. "Unfortunately wasn't really met with much of a greeting. Was made to feel like a bit of a bother. Next day when I called to ask if I could discuss possibly staying a second night, front desk abruptly said they didn't have time for me and to call back in 20 minutes. While I can appreciate that mornings can be busy at a hotel with people possibly checking out, this was not the tone/way to respond to a client. Definitely not feeling any hospitality vibes"
