"Our room was sparkling clean. The window on the second floor opened for fresh air. The staff quickly arranged for an extra pillow and a set of bath linen. The lobby was comfortable. The location is within walking distance of EVERYTHING!! Public transportation is excellent, even on the weekends! Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee was quite good"

"First, let me say that it is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are nice and large as well as the bathroom. Robes are horrible and scratchy, but who really needs a robe. Loud exterior noises most of the night, so if you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs. The bed is the softest thing I have slept in, almost too soft. The bar is amazing, drinks amazing, staff amazing. The valet is amazing. The front desk not so much. We waited in line for almost 25 minutes without a sorry. It was pretty awful...

"The shower in our room lacked water pressure. The hot tub could be pressure washed for a deep cleaning. Breakfast was excellent, beds comfortable."

"I actually felt as though this place covered it all. Breakfast at a nearby diner, parking covered in the lot and/or a lot across the street (with validation). Our stay was great!"

"Breakfast was at Dennys (which was good), pet area was nice but was out of bags and trash can was full, pool was okay (cold not heated), curtains could be more efficient (light still came in). Nice hotel overall."

"I have stayed here before and had a better experience than this weekend, unfortunately. The hotel is great but our room had a terrible odor, it was next to the elevators, and our view was the parking lot. It was also very noisy at night during sleeping hours. Maybe next time I will specifically book a river view room and make sure it’s not next to the elevators."
