"This property needs to be shut down! The rooms are in EXTREMELY poor condition and are Filthy. Furniture and even the towels have cigarette burns. Floors are filthy! Paint and sheetrock chiping off the walls. NEVER AGAIN. Went to dollar store to get cleaning supplies to clean just to make the night. The room smelled of mildew. "

"The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was oddly laid out but spacious except for the sink and toilet/ shower. The grout and baseboards were terribly dirty. There was a blood stain on the bathroom wall. The room definitely needs a real spring cleaning and not just strong smelling disinfectant. Finally, the toilet paper needs an upgrade."

"We stayed in the handicap room. The shower/bath was a marvel of plumbing complexity but the shower didn't work. There was a lever to direct the water either to the tub or the shower and once up to the shower there was another lever to direct the water to either a wand or the fixed shower head. The first lever, the one for either tub or shower would allow water into the tub but when switched to the shower setting the water flow just stopped. "Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we walked into the room, there was a very strong animal odor, and the room did not feel clean or well maintained. Although we understood we were assigned to a pet-designated room, that should not mean the room smells overwhelmingly of animals. "El cuarto olía a orínes, la cama olía a sudor como si no cambian las sábanas cuando el turista se va, todo estaba lleno de polvo, las toallas del baño estaban manchadas parecían sucias. En general un asco de hotel lo único es que el señor que nos hizo check in muy amable."
