He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! "Would be nice if the towels and linens weren’t so old and worn. Okay if it were a mid-priced hotel but for $390 a night my hotel bedspread shouldn’t be dingy and the towels shouldn’t be crusty."

"Five star hotel a block or so away from one of the bridges crossing the river directly to PNC Park. Perfect location, very nice place. Certainly our “go to“ when traveling to Pittsburgh. You won’t be disappointed."
