"Service was outstanding, the suite was very nice and clean. Sofia at the front desk, Karin at the bar and Maria the waitress were all so very accommodating and just so friendly. I developed the stomach ache on the second day and everybody in the hotel seemed to know about it, asking me how I was feeling & wishing me well. The chef even made a chicken soup for me (no soups on menu) which was very tasty and super helpful for me to feel better. Definitely would return."

"Beautiful property with appealing decor inside and out. The restaurant /bar has a great location on the beach, including shaded areas to hang out in hammocks and on covered platforms. Food and drinks were great! Can’t beat the location. We rode hotel bikes along the Main Street to explore more sites. Staff (Alejandra) was very welcoming, energetic and helpful. We were so pleased with everything! Bonus: we had a brand new mattress as they are updating rooms. Lucky for me! 😁 It was very comfortable! Overall Quiet, comfy, and lovely! Wish we could have stayed longer. I’d gladly visit again! Thank you, Hotel 506 for making my trip to Puerto Viejo an unforgettable memory! "

"Jessica was the best, she took care of me. At first my first room was not good- the villa is not what it is like online. I needed to change and she helped me. A lot. She also helped me celebrate my birthday and the restaurant servers all sang happy birthday. "

"Beautiful resort style hotel in the middle of the jungle, yet close enough to restaurants in town and the beach. It has its own private parking lot. Lobby is very nice and sheltered from the rain. Staff communicates everything you need to know and is very friendly. The welcome drinks were a nice touch. The pool is beautiful and clean. The bar is spacious and it seems there is something for everyone, even the kiddos. Our double twin room was spacious and clean. I only wish it had a bedside lamp and a table and chair in the room, but that's me just being nit picky. Breakfast in the morning was great and staff was fun and helpful. I'll be returning."

"It was an experience I will never forget! We had our own home in the jungle, amongst the jungle wild life, it was unbelievable! The decor was unique and the place was relaxing and beautiful. The sounds of the animals from the jungle were all over and loud, be prepared! The howler monkeys were loud but that is one thing which made the experience so awesome! The property was on the beach, we loved everything about it, I will go back and share this experience with more family members, I am so glad we stayed there 3 nights. It was such an adventure! "
