"My family loved the tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi. Room was great. Food was great too, from brunch to mid-day cookies and dinner cocktails. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. Valet was very friendly and accommodating as was the staff at the restaurant. We extended our stay since we liked it so much. Traveled with two teens. Opportunities- Gym was tricky to get into since you have to check-in at the spa to use which was a bit awkward. Front desk staff had one unfriendly young guy who...

"Very good for a quick overnight trip, cozy and functional"

"Terrible experience. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and we were unable to sleep due to the constant noise coming from the unit, which was extremely disruptive and frustrating. I raised the issue with the hotel management, but they informed me that the system was “working as designed” and that there was nothing they could do. They advised me to contact the booking provider if I had any concerns about the property. Additionally, there was no coffee maker available in the room...

"First time staying here but it won’t be my last. Location was easy to locate and plenty of secure parking available. Check in was quick and easy and staff were professional and friendly. The room was very clean and had plenty of space. Shopping and restaurants were within walking distance and there is a grocery store within one block away. From bottom to top I hade a very nice experience and will be back on my next business trip. Thank you for a great stay!"

"This property is beautiful and immaculate, living up to its description. Our host, TJ, was welcoming, thoughtful, and a trove of helpful tips for getting around and seeing LA. "TLDR: Borderline unusable gym, thin walls, but great location The rooms were clean enough and the staff was friendly. HOWEVER, the walls were very thin so in the first night we were woken up several times, twice by cars and once by a girl locked out of her room loudly complaining to customer support and proceeded to get louder when another guest asked them to keep it down. Secondly, as an avid hotel gym goer I was extremely disappointed by the hotel gym. First off, the hours were 9am to 9pm....

"One of the BEST hotels my family and I have stayed. Clean, amazing customer service (Luis front desk) top tier continental breakfast, very clean and modern. Definitely coming back here soon! Pool area is also the best. This hotel is highly recommend for families"
