"Lovely surroundings leading into the hotel, pretty okay parking (no valet, $35 a night for self park in the structure with parking pass required, a short walk, clean and plentiful though), check-in was GREAT thanks to Luke who was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and shared the right information about the property and was enthusiastically ready for questions. "The room is an okay room, not the most luxury room but fine for a family stay. I would not come here for a couple romantic stay though. The beds were so comfy that my baby did not wake up until the next day. The fridge and sink area is also nice. The pool area and the gym are nice as well. I loved it! The jacuzzi had leaves in it though. I would def stay here again if I want to save money. The only complaint I have are the guests. Many are older people that walk around the pool area just staring...

"First of all, the staff were excellent! I also appreciated that the parking was convenient. Those are 5 out of 5. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong perfumey smell when I arrived. I tried to air it out, but it was so strong that my bags and clothes absorbed some of that smell :( There was also a foul smell at the bathroom sink, which seemed to be coming from the drain. "Service, cleanliness of the room, and overall experience was quite poor. They also charged our card multiple times, so we are waiting to make sure the pending charges fall off since it shows they charged it manually. I would be mindful that there are better options for more hospitable stays with better service."

"The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated."
