"I had never stayed there before I really liked my room a lot and I thank the house keeping staff for being so kind and professional and they made my stay wonderful. I did really enjoy the breakfast but a d this is my only negative they had a sign up about people eating the breakfast in their dining room. In this day and age people need to recognize anexiety issues and my husband got his plate and cane to our room and he said the lady working the breakfast counter like ran off to tell on him. He...

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff is unfriendly to work with. There were police serving a warrant. I was with a group of HS wrestlers. Police said we didn’t look like the type of people to stay there. We got keys, checked the rooms which were poorly maintained. Asked for a refund of rooms and staff and since we took the keys, we checked in and no refund would be granted This is the worst customer service I have ever had booking through Expedia. It makes me question who wrote the other reviews "

"Check in staff member was combative for no reason. I asked if she could extent my stay another night and she said she couldn’t add a second night until the next day after I checked out first and that at that time she would be able to tell me if I could get another night. "Wow . . . this property is less of a hotel, and more of a resort with around 20 buildings spread out over many acres. The room was huge, about 50% larger than in similar properties. Great staff. Extra clean facilities. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended."
