"This has been the worst hotel stay we’ve ever been to. Sofa bed mattress was dirty, pool was green, was told they ran out of towels and blankets when I arrived, room phone was broke, staff rude and unprofessional, breakfast potatoes and pork bacon was mixed and when addressed to staff she yelled and went on a rant in Spanish. Horrible!!! Do not stay here!!!!"

"We didn’t stay there the automatically switch to another hotel, further away from my venue. And the new hotel they switched us to didn’t not have No AC and it was a 110 degrees I want my money back"

"Since the property is a bit isolated it would be nice if the bar stayed opened a bit later, ESPECIALLY during major sporting events. We were traveling during the World Cup and we would have preferred to watch the games in the hotel lobby bar but it promptly closed at 10 and we were forced to watch the game at outside bars pr in our room. The front desk was FANTASTIC with my request for a later checkout. Pool was great for everyone during the hot weekend!"

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We had an amazing view of the fireworks from our hotel room. The hotel is in a great location. It's close to so many shops and restaurants. Only a short drive to the mall/the Main Event/the movie theater. We will certainly be back again soon!"
