"Be aware that this is a shared place- There is no parking on site street parking and its a very sketchy neighborhood- internet does not work very well. The seats in the living room to sit down and eat feel very fragile- Balcony is not for a Big person at all it is very small and no room to sit down outside in the balcony or to even turn around 😅. The view from the balcony and from my room window it is just a wall view. While we stayed there a homeless man sleeping right outside the property gate that was not very welcoming at all. Postive is the Bed is very comfortable slept like a baby. My car survived the night in the sketchy neighborhood. Sunny was very responsive with any questions I had. I will Not be returning. I rather go to a hotel where I have parking and Have breakfast and internet actually works and not feeling unsafe in the neighborhood. Not interested in shared spaces"

"Towels were very small and not enough. When asked for more towels were told to wait till the morning. Curtains were to small and didn't cover the entire window we haff to cover it with blanket. "

"The room is clean and organized. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. Inside parking is around $26 per day but there's a street parking for free, you just have to take a risk."

"I stayed here for three nights and found it to be great for the price, as long as you can overlook its small flaws. The good *Parking spots were plentiful and well lit *The room was clean and modern looking, especially for the price. *Conveniently located next to a Dollar Tree store and just across the street from 7-11, Del Taco, Popeyes and several other restaurants. It's also a short drive or about a 10 minute walk from a couple of larger shopping centers *Staff was friendly in the few instances that I had to deal with them. The bad *While the room looked nice, it was hard to miss the flaws, such as damaged vinyl flooring, stains on the wall and worn grout around the shower. *As I had a ground floor room, I could hear the people above me stomping the floor at 12am. Though it only happened once. *The curtains were oddly cut to accommodate the ac unit which meant light from outside kept bleeding through, especially since my room faced the main road. I eventually moved a chair over which helped a little. *I had to ask for a ”Do Not Disturb” sign, as they did not include it in my room."

"Room was small , smelled like sewage, overall gross feeling. Listened to sirens all night and no sleep. The pool looked dirty and had stuff floating in it. Light switches were broke. But honestly it was the smell of the place that was the worst even the lobby smelled like feces "

"This place is pretty much what you would expect an average hotel would be in the middle of North Hollywood. The place was clean and the staff were all very friendly. It feels a little dated at this point, but that wasn't a real negative. Parking is a little odd with the tandem parking. The breakfast was all that great, but I didn't really expect much to begin with. It is a good spot to stay if you need an overnight before a flight out of BUR or are on a business trip."
