"We found a nasty cup next to the bed, a roach the second we walked in, and the breakfast was very mediocre. Pool was closed, sheets were dirty and looked like someone had urinated on it, gross bathroom and overall the room wasn’t clean and we felt so gross. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but trust me, never ever ever ever again. Listen to the reviews and don’t waste your money!"

"There was a little bit of a smell in the carpets and it looked like some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. In room coffee maker didn’t work. Other than that, location was great, breakfast was great, employees friendly. The lady taking care of breakfast area did a wonderful job."

"The pool was green and closed for repair. The room was clean but appeared old and not up to date with the photos seen online. The night shade was stuck in one position allowing a bright parking lot light to shine directly into the room. The shampoo and conditioner and shower soap are in canisters on the shower wall accessed by a pump which did not work on the conditioner. Four coffees were available but just 2 sugars and 2 creamers ( and you know how small those are). A free breakfast which...

"I had ants and insects in the room and I spoke with manager and they stated they could only offer points for a free room. When points were put on account I was not able to book a free room and was told I would have to reach out to the 3rd party where I booked. I’m very upset and not satisfied at all."

"Positive: Sufficient parking, friendly staff. Negative: - Mattress was not comfortable - No coffee machine in the room. They quickly provided one when we asked, but it was broken - A glance at the cooking range, and we decided not to try that I have stayed in ESA in the past for really extended stays and loved those, so this time we booked it the moment we saw one in the area. This may be the last time stayed there :-("
