"Non ho mai soggiornato in un b&b, solitamente prendo hotel da 4 stelle almeno, quindi la mia recensione sarà con un metro diverso dal solito: Pro Pulizia Gentilezza del proprietario Camera spaziosa Pulizia Posizione a due passi dal Duomo Contro Camera rumorosa (forse sono stato sfortunato con gli altri ospiti) Non posso valutare il rapporto costo servizi perché avendo prenotato a meno di 24 ore dal soggiorno probabilmente è risultato più caro"

"We had such a wonderful stay, the B&B is just beautiful. It's in a very walkable area with a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants. The owner made sure she came by to welcome us and went out of her way to make us comfortable. The staff that welcomes you are extremely professional and helpful. They all treated us like long lost family."

"Charm airport worked out perfectly for us, after returning a rental car at airport in the evening and then heading to the ferry porta for a visit to Sicily the next morning. Check-in could not have been smoother. Staff was professional, kind, and helpful, including the Manager's uncle! Marta really went the extra mile to help us tweak our travel plan, including arranging for a taxi. The vouchers for dinner and breakfast were much appreciated. The dinner spot was exceptional."

"They have the best staff. Very helpful with whatever you need. Large room with balcony and beautiful view. The restaurant on the hotel ground is wonderful. The whole staff made sure ee got exactly what we wanted and the way we wanted it. Domenico was especially attentive. We loved our meals there, and were sad to leave the Hotel."

"This hotel property has the potential to be an amazing stay along the beach front. Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room. Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never...

"This is not a hotel, but a back packer b and b. We were in a 40 ft container with three rooms and an eating area I chose this for the parking that is hard to come by in Reggio. The owner has her property propping up everywhere in Expedia for a 20 mile radius. BEWARE!!! Yes the view from the parking lot was nice, Ac good and clean. There are no restaurants anywhere on top. But the owner ordered delivered pizza. As a platinum member I was decieved. Expedia has to make it a B and B not a hotel"

"We had a really wonderful stay in one of the appartments. The appartment was very compleet and comfortable. The bed was fantastic. The location is very central. "« Gardenia Hôtel », belle chambre avec balcon donnant face à la mer avec vue sur la Sicile et le Volcan « Etna ». Hôtel très calme, très confortable. La literie est parfaite, les chambres sont spacieuses, salle de bain très bien équipée. La dame de l’accueil (Carmella ?) qui parle le Français, est adorable et très attentionnée ; Merci pour toute sa gentillesse. Possibilité de garer sa voiture gratuitement juste en face de l’hôtel ; Seul problème (qui a déjà été soulevé par d’autres commentaires...
