"The room was clean and the staff was fine. The hotel is modern for the europe standards. AC was fine. The hotel is just beside the train stattion so is convenient in many ways. . The hotel is good and breakfast was excellent. Only aspect is that is a litlle bit far for center, but is just 10 block walk. Price was reasonable for the hotel."

"This is a very modern and traditional hotel. If you're familiar with hotels in the United States of America this will feel like a traditional high quality property. Unfortunately, I only stayed for a single night so I didn't get to really experience all of the hotel's amenities. The bistro was nice. I had a larger lunch before arriving so for dinner I basically had an appetizer. It was good. Breakfast was a typical buffet style. There were plenty of options. Instead of a barista, an automated machine would make your coffee. It was quick, but I did miss that personal quality of a well prepared cappuccino in the morning. I stayed in early August so the restaurant was closed. It did look rather nice and I would have liked to try it."

"Excelente opción para llegar en familia. Está muy cerca del centro a distancia razonable para caminar. Si vas en carro, no deja de haber un reto para encontrar parqueos en las inmediaciones. El sistema de llave de la habitación hay que mejorarlo. Está a la antigua que se abre con una llave tradicional y el llavero pesa mucho. Muy recomendable para ir en familia"

"I arrived from Scotland with my 3 boys and we were booked into a Suite. Although ample space and comfortable there was a drip coming through stairs after having had a bath. I reported this to reception before we went out for the day. A few hours later the hotel receptionist called to ask if we'd move rooms. Bit of an inconvenience but we were upgraded to a Suite plus adjoining double room. We also had a jacuzzi as a bonus. Great way to make a situation better from the hotel to us. We stayed 15 nights. No complaints, great location, lovely safe city. Thoroughly recommend Parma as a city to use as a base for a family holiday. Also star hotels du parc was faultless. Outstanding experience for my family. Thank you. We hope to one day return."
