In the hospitality industry it can be very difficult to meet, or exceed, the various expectations of our guests. We work very hard to please our guests, and go above and beyond to ensure they have a positive stay experience with us. We do have a front desk agent available 24 hrs a day to assist guests and deal with any guest concerns. We are currently undergoing a complete renovation and are currently waiting on rhe arrival of our new baseboards.I apologize that we did not provide that positive experience for you.
