"It was overall a decent experience yet the rooms could be updated. A TV in the bedroom would have been nice. It is quit a maze to get to the swimming pool (in and out of the building) The gentleman that was working the counter in the restaurant was really rude so we only ate there the once. We were there an hour before closing time and it was like we were there 5 mins before closing, he was rushing us and rude come backs when we ordered....never again. Pool was nice and clean, it would have been nice it you could swim past 9:00 pm as your out and about all day exploring/holidaying get back to the hotel and then it is closing so we went the the Radium hot springs the next night as they were open later. No room service to remake your bed and refresh your room which I thought was odd as every other place I have stayed at did refresh your room unless you put the door knocker out."
