"This hotel was spectacular, the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. About a 7 minute walk (slightly uphill and cobblestone ground!) from the port to the room, the location was perfect. We enjoyed amazing views from our balcony, a comfortable bed and beautiful room with great air conditioning that worked fast, doors on the windows made it nice and dark, there was cold water waiting for us in the fridge, different pillow options in the wardrobe to choose from, and an INCREDIBLE breakfast was included. An outdoor hot tub kept *cool* was an added bonus that we enjoyed, stocked with the biggest, most luxurious towels I’ve ever seen.
Despite being so close to the port- which is very lively late into the night- we could hear no noise from it. This hotel is in a very quiet location. When we checked in around 11pm, the staff met us as we we walked up and explained everything we needed to know about the room (the shower faucets are different than most) & we found that we didn’t need to preheat hot water for lukewarm/cool short showers. Very thorough explanations (in English) on how everything worked.
The Pirate Bar down at the port was AMAZING for food, drinks, service, and the views- check it out!"
