"Hotel is in a great location right by Penn station. Shower was AMAZING. Room was comfortable but the hallway and the room had a persistent sewage smell that was unpleasant. We didn’t spend much time in the room so we didn’t bother to ask them to move us. The TickTick restaurant was great. Elevators were fast and we never waited more than a few seconds."

"The hotel’s acoustics are horrible. You can hear from your room every door that opens and closes, the cleaning team, the people in the room next to you. It is not slightly noise. You can hear everything from your room as it is in your room. The rooms are clean the staff is nice Lobby can get some upgrade. But the noise from inside the hotel in your room is the reason the hotel gets low review. The worst experience on that hand. Bad for the team that probably needs to work harder to deal with patrons complains - they are very nice and accommodating but the hotel should invest in a way to eliminate the inside noise that is not screened to your room."

"It’s a nice hotel. Close to Times Square but not right in the very center you have to walk a little down but not bad at all. The lines were long to do bag checks because everyone gets there early hoping for early check in and are told the rooms aren’t ready but I wasn’t ready to be charged $6 to check each bag. They give you a $35 credit to the room to use for their on-site restaurant but the breakfast is conveniently $47ish. You’re paying 😭 the rooms were nice, not the cleanest ever in the bathroom but it was clean and acceptable. I was pleasantly surprised to get room service when I didn’t ask for it. That was nice and appreciated."

"This is my favorite spot to stay in Times Square. This is a safe, clean and well located. There is a great restaurant inside, and the rooms are spacious for NYC "

"Staff was very accommodating and able to help with luggage after checking out. Parking was a little bit difficult"

"Tiny rooms like a cruise ship. Beds on platform against window require either inside sleeper to get out of bed and step down from platform or crawl over partner."
