The hotel is in dire need of some cosmetic repairs. Rusty balcony rails, chipped concrete, peeling paint, etc. Housekeeping neglected making up beds and cleaning up coffee machine. But from outside it appears that other hotels are in the same situation.

Henlopen Oceanfront Hotel
Had 2 rooms for our family. One was perfect the other had some ants (according to our kids). Great location, friendly staff. No laundry facilities. Everything we saw was extremely clean and tidy. Would stay there again.

Better than expected. Nice clean large room. Next time I won’t bring a hair dryer. Bath towels. Coffee pods. Iron. It had everything. Pool was great.

I always enjoy my stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and perfect for a vacation. The view!! One of my favorite parts! I always see the most beautiful sunrise from the balcony.
