"I run a hotel in Sydney and to be honest I came away after 2 nights with some amazing ideas for my property.
I couldnt fault the room the staff the whole experience was fault less.

"Kula is a lovely property. The apartments are well presented, spacious and comfortable. The location is also great and walkable to the beach and mall. There were some issues with one of the lifts not working, however the team communicated quickly and clearly and it was rectified the next day. "Very dated rooms.
Crying out for a renovation .
The noisy air conditioning unit for the whole hotel was on the other side of my window .
The bathroom had gaps where tiles used to be .
And the beds had one clean bottom sheet only, so everyone slept with a quilt on them , that had been in contact with the previous occupant.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone ."
