"Breakfast was delicious."

"This hotel has rooms bigger than most typical Japanese hotels. The bed is comfortable, spacious bathroom and small kitchenette. There was car parking available and facilities are clean all around. It’s within walking distance of the hells juku and convenience stores and restaurants too. The only problem is the onsen was nonoperational when we stayed."

"An absolutely stunning resort. Beautiful, super clean, wonderful helpful staff and delicious food!"

"Very Nice Clean Room and Outstanding Customer Service. Love staying, peaceful and quite!"

"Beautiful - from the decor to the gardens, customer service, and dining experience. Impeccable."

"The hotel is very large with many guests. Our room itself is spacious. Onsen is comfortable but there's not much view. It's a quiet area, besides the Onsen Jinku, there's not much to see. But overall, the experience is good."

"Beautiful hotel and onsen, loved our stay"

"Great location, easy to get around the city from there. Breakfast was great and staff was very helpful and very friendly."
