"The room was clean but small. When we made the booking it said £20 per stay for our dog but we got charged £25 per night. Lovely walk into Henley on Thames though and we got parked ok at the hotel"

There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour. It could definitely do with an injection of cash to update it. "Hotel was in a beautiful setting and felt safe and secure inside the complex. The bed was so comfortable i didn't want to get up.Will definitely stay here again."

"We had a brief overnight stay but it was all we needed it to be. There were some local options for eating as well as in the hotel and the breakfast was nice enough. The staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The room was standard for The Holiday Inn and comfortable enough. There were plenty of car parking spaces but there is a charge for overnight parking."
