"Parking was easy. Heater kept the room nice and warm. They charged a $ 50.00 refundable deposit for things like stained towels or bedsheets, smoking in the room and extra cleaning. I asked what was extra cleaning, vacuuming the floor too long. She laughed. The location was very near our venue. Nice stay. Helpful staff."

"The hotel was nice but the staff are another story. We had drove 16 hours and tried to check in an hour early. The desk attendant told us no but we watched another party check in early. Also my husband was charged 3 separate charges all over $50 a piece with no explanation. We called and was given no reason and told a refund would be coming. We also went down and asked for towels during our stay and was given one towel and told there was no other towels or wash rags available. "

"Overall, this hotel had some strong positives, but the service inconsistencies made the stay more frustrating than it should have been. On the plus side, the location is excellent -- close to plenty of restaurants and entertainment, making it easy to get around without much hassle. The staff was consistently friendly in interactions and the room itself was spacious and clean, which was very nice. Breakfast was also had good options to start the day.
