"From the moment I walked into the cute lobby to be greeted by the lovely Amber to checking out the little wine bar and the cool merch I knew I was going to love The Best Bet Motor Lodge. My room was beautiful with an amazing king size bed, super high end pillows to the most well thought out touches, such as filtered water, homemade chocolates and a nice array of snacks and drinks. "We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use."
