"The door lock didnβt work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."

"We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use."

"I loved that the property did not have a smoke filled casino and was very peaceful in spite of being located right next to the signature RENO sign. I did NOT like that a festival kept us from the self-parking garage and we had to pay for valet. We loved that the restaurant opened at 6:30 for an early breakfast which was excellent. I was confused by the front desk people saying there was security along the riverwalk when instead there were homeless people abounding. Beautiful riverwalk but we...
