Great location, only 10 min drive away from SanSebastian city center. Cab is 25 Euro or you could take 1 bus for 1.95. Bus stop is 8 minute walk from hotel. Parking at hotel is limited but theres street parking available. Rooms are small but have everything you need. For the price you can’t beat it.

It has excellent a/c. Staff is very helpful. It is located in a nice suburb and has walking trails Along river. Rooms are very clean. Rebooking parking is a good idea.

It is fairly obvious that this hotel is quite new, so the room & bathroom were all very nice & modern, if there was 1 small thing that I thought could be better, it would be the amount of storage available. That said, I was travelling alone and was only staying 4 nights so it was never a show stopper for me. I was a big fan of the breakfast on offer, it set me up for the day, I also liked the bar prices, €2:50 for a glass of wine or €8:50 for a bottle, all round I had a very pleasant stay & would be happy to recommend this hotel

Parking at this site is a mess. Basically they do not have enough parking, the customers who were not advised to book parking are told to find their own street parking which is paid for by from some machine “behind the construction building”. Holiday Inn staff are of little help. Trying to negotiate your parking, then getting along with your vacation plans is a disaster.

Brand new Hotel and the Breakfast is included in the price. Nice terrace for drinks and smoking. Very close to both SanSeb and France. Basement parking (extra cost). Now, WiFi is still iffy, we had to go to our other room reserved in order to get connected. Aside from that, its a very practical and modern place.

The staff at this hotel is incredibly slow and unhelpful. We asked about a leaking bathroom pipe, but it wasn’t fixed even after two days. Parking is mandatory and they charge extra, even though the hotel is in a remote location. The breakfast is also mediocre.

Après notre arrivée à l’hôtel 00h45, nous apprenons qu’il n’existe aucune place de parking disponible et qu’il nous faut chercher sur les extérieurs. En recherche oui rencontrons la police municipale qui nous indique devoir faire plus ou moins 10 kms pour garer notre voiture. Insatisfait nous sommes retournés à l’hôtel en y trouvant le même accueil qu’à l’arrivée avec une agressivité excessive. Nous avons donc pu contacter Expédia qui a fait preuve d’un très grand professionnalisme. Site à recommander absolument.

Het was te merken dat het hotel vrij nieuw is. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima voor een paar dagen en fijn dat het ontbijt inclusief was. Parkeren €16 pd. Bushalte op 500m en er rijdt bijna elke 10 min een bus naar het centrum (prijs €1,90 pp). Met de auto binnen een uur in Pamplona en binnen 5 kwartier in Bilbao. Jammer van de tol 😜
