"It was a bait and switch. The signage was a rusted and busted Budget Inn with no Rv park anywhere. They never asked for id. They wrote a door code on a piece of paper. It didn't work, they had to reset the code. There were no table, dresser ot lamps. The sheets were curtins they sewed the rod pocket shut We left, no refund was given. "

"This is a brand new property and it is wonderful! Very modern with lots of tech connections for all our devices! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room decor and flooring was fabulous. Bathroom had separate shower, separate toilet and sink in-between. Lighted mirror in front of sink. Just a great room all around. We definitely will be back! PS. Hotel was separate from the Casino--so you didn't need to through the slots to get to your room."

"I was actually surprised how nice this place is. Great room, really comfortable bed, good breakfast, an overall enjoyable stay. Everything is clean as can possibly be. The desk lady was helpful and tried to be sure we were happy with everything."

"Very friendly & welcoming staff. We have stayed here many times and have enjoyed the breakfast. Some of the rooms are clean and comfortable, but all are being update gradually. So those rooms with dirty furniture (chairs) are being redone with new furnishings. "

"My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!"

"Overall great experience and quality for the price! Obviously it's not a name brand hotel but the place was very clean and nice. Staff was helpful and courteous! There were a few minor things I would expect to be little better like having more towels and wash clothes already in the room and the tv remote didn't want to work half the time but we didn't use the tv much anyway. The AC worked great and the beds were actually very comfortable! I would definitely book there again!"

"The first room: AC would not cool the room. It would operate for about 2-3 minutes and then cycle off for ~ 10 minutes, while the room was in the 80s and the unit was set for 73 (would not go lower). Bathroom had long hairs in the shower and sink. And...there were bed bugs. Mattress had blood stains and obvious tracks from other infestations. Second room: Bathroom had large cracked tiles, long term stained and worn down bath tub / sink. But new matresses! And...AC that did the same thing as...
