The host, Reshma, was unbelievably helpful in guiding us through some travel difficulties, and did everything imaginable for us, including a pickup and dropoff. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!"

"I didn’t get the promised text or email telling me what room I was in. I called the help number but it wasn’t answered. I left a message but have never been called back. I have tried that number about 12 times but it always goes to answer phone. There was another phone number mentioned on my earliest Expedia correspondence and when I called it an Indian man said I had a wrong number. "Fantastic hotel with very clean and lovely rooms. The reception was very helpful and staff were kind. We were able to walk to many different restaurants and diners around. There is parking on the premises although a bit limited - we were lucky to snag a spot. We really enjoyed our stay here!"
