"Breakfast offerings were the same each day with limited variety. I was looking forward to the on-site massage service, but it did not meet expectations especially for the price and duration of the massage. The gym facilities were also quite dimly lit, with lighting that made it difficult to exercise comfortably. In addition, housekeeping staff entered the room without sufficient notice while I was still inside. On a couple of occasions, I was undressed when they came in, which was uncomfortable. Overall, I would rate the experience between 2 -3 out of 5."

"We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The best parts of the hotel was the location. It's 1 block away from the town square. Easy walking distance to the Charles bridge, old town, Jewish quarter, concerts. Breakfast was very nice and changed a little each day. Having parking in the location was great. The room itself was very spacious and beds were comfortable. As for negatives, the hotel is tired. O so tired. Hasn't seen a renovation in... forever. Tired carpets. Old kitchen area. Strange keys. The staff are hit out miss. Some are nice but some are so grumpy or downright rude. Lastly, it can be loud. We were on the 1st floor and we were kept awake by the street revelers that are wandering around loud and drunk right below the room. If you have a choice, I'd avoid the first floor rooms on top of havelska st. Not sure how much better others are, but they can't be as bad."
