"We were running late and knew we were not going to make the 10 p.m. cutoff for check in. We attempted to contact the hotel starting at 8:30 p.m., took over an hour and had to go through hotels.com website to send a message. "Unfortunately you can’t find anyone to help you and for 2 hrs late checkout I paid 20€ extra . They stolen the charger of my iPhone mobile when I left it in the room !!!"

Home away from home
"Stayed here again and the property was still as nice and cosy as I remembered. Nice location and walkable to the town centre. Check out was a bit early at 10am but when I asked if we could check out a bit later they said we could have up to 11am so we were happy with that."
