Suite A beautifully furnished room with private terrace with sunloungers and shaded sofa, private hammam, and jacuzzi type bath. Lovely management and staff who were very respectful of guests privacy and relaxation. Very clean throughout the hotel. Ideal area to explore the old town with ease. Many good restaraunts and bars close by. A charming little hotel. I loved it.

Great location but...

Great location and a friendly receptionist. Unfortunately, the spa wasn't in operation. Also, our laundry was returned wet and smelling of cigarettes.

Wonderful visit! We got in much later than expected but the hostess stayed up until midnight to greet us and welcome us in. Wonderful location right in the middle of the lively city!

We loved this hotel! Each room seemed to be so unique and the combined modern and old architecture was so beautifully done. The breakfast was delicious and eaten in a pretty outdoor courtyard area. The hotel was well situated in the old town, and a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Best of all was the wonderful staff; Catherine was so helpful and friendly, as was the other staff member we met (whose name I do not know how to spell!). If we were ever in Rethymno again, we will certainly stay here. We highly recommend Bellagio Boutique Hotel!

lo staff stato competente, comunicativo e simpatico, la colazione di buona qualità , la posizione centralissima. Ci sono pero dei difetti, la nostra camera si e rivelata rumorosa, situata al primo piano sopra un ristorante, c ' è stato silenzio solo dalle 2 alle 6 di notte. La camera nuova, moderna e ben arredata è pero un po piccola, per esempio non c' è posto dove posare le valigie. Il bagno, forse concepito da un architetto pazzoide , ha una grande finestra che da sulle scale interne, c'è una tendina è vero, ma chiunque salga le scale puo vedere mentre fai il bagno. La tele funziona con difficoltà

Comment dire l'Hotel Bellagio est magnifique et sa réceptionniste extraordinaire. Rethmino est une ville accueillante avec des ruelles animées. A visité sans fautes si vous allez en Crète

It was a nice small hotel in the center of Rethymno. No elevator, but the staff helps you carry your suitcases up the stairs. The staff were really solicitous and seemed really happy to have us as guests and gave us all kinds of advice. The room was very comfortable, except for sheets that are too small for a double bed, and the fact that it advertises a king-sized bed, when it is really a slightly larger than double, not even queen size. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable, a suitcase rack or two would help. The breakfast was very complete and had a large selection.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of old Rethymno

Thank you Cathrine for creating a lovely and relaxing hotel to stay in for our time in Rethymno. The great location of the hotel in the middle of the old town made it easy to explore Rethymno. We loved our beautiful room and my partner delighted in our private steam room. Your advice about Rethymno was so helpful to find nice places to explore and restaurants for dining. Thank you also for making our wedding day so special by decorating our room and creating a warm place to get ready and relax. Can’t wait to return for an anniversary in the future. ευχαριστώ!

We had the Executive Suite and Junior Suite. We would thought the Junior Suite was wonderful, but the Executive Suite is not good for older people (too many stairs, too many floor levels in the room, slippery shower/tub). The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Malgré notre arrivée très tardive l'accueil a été excellent. Bien que très calme, notre chambre donnant sur la rue, quelques bruits de circulation le matin. Préférer donc une chambre donnant sur la cour intérieure. Très bien situé dans la ville.

Beautiful boutique hotel, in city center

Great hotel and the best thing about it is its staff and owner, who went out of their way to ensure I knew the best locations to visit, eat, shop, etc. The city is also beautiful, but I would come back to Rethymno solely to stay at this hotel.

Perfect!

Perfectly located, modern, exceptionally clean small hotel. Amazingly hospitable owner and staff - nothing too much trouble. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Always offered refreshments when relaxing on the terrace in the afternoon, at no extra charge. Supplied with towels for swimming when out on a day trip to Preveli. Cathrine was particularly helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking trips. Would always stay here if we visit again.

Perfect stay in Rethymnon

Catherine the host is so personable and extreme fully helpful in offering suggestions of things to do and restaurants to eat. Bellagio has an amazing history and it feels very homely. We can't wait to visit again.

Charming!

Had a wonderful stay at this charming little hotel. The ladies who run the place are the sweetest and most helpful people you could hope for. The breakfast was delicious and had many local treats. The place is charming and comfortable and very conveniently located. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service!

We loved everything about it. It is located right inside the old city, close enough to the harbor and the heavily trafficked area to be very convenient, but a little bit away from the big crowds on a quiet side street. The rooms were also very tastefully decorated and comfortable, but the biggest asset is the personalized and attentive service. The owner and her manager are there from the time you wake up with a breakfast that the customize just to your own preferences and throughout the day and early evening whenever you'd like a coffee, a beer, some water, or whatever else you wish. If we come back to Rethymno, and we hope we will, we'll certainly stay here again.
