Each villa has a private pool and has pretty much everything you need. George is very pleasant and works hard to make it a nice stay. "We loved the stay here. The villas we stayed in was nicely sized, had all the amenities we needed. short walk to the nearby beach. others can access it but villas had their own lounge chairs with key. Main pool only open 5pm and later but each unit has a pool if needed. honestly, ocean is so much better as the water is clear and temperature perfect. few restaurants in walking distance. store just a short 2 minutes drive. central location about hour to chania, 90 minutes to south side. "Der Zugang zur Unterkunft ist sehr sehr schlecht, man sollte hier dazu schreiben, dass nur Menschen, die wirklich sehr gut zu Fuß sind dort unterkommen können, denn es ist tatsächlich ein sehr steiler, steiniger Aufgang. Tanya war vor Ort für uns zuständig und jederzeit sehr gut zu erreichen. Leider ist die Möglichkeit am Pool sehr begrenzt und man kann es nicht wirklich genießen bei der Sauberkeit, naja, da bin ich vielleicht ein wenig empfindlich es war oberflächlich sauber nur man durfte halt...

"The hotel was great especially for families with young children. The creche & kids club facilities are really a highlight the best I’ve seen! The staff were all so friendly & helpful. The water park is also a highlight and great for young children with very shallow pools. Food variety & quality was really good & good cocktails at the various bars. Our family room was a good set up for a family of 3 giving our toddler his own room. Overall would definitely recommend to families with young children!"

"Beautiful, clean spacious hotel, if you're looking for quality food high end restaurant and fine dining this is the best choice hotel, set in a great location, right on the beach, choice of villas and apartments with private pool, or room with a swim up pool, or just room without pool. Staff are brilliant, speak excellent English, such wonderful helpful staff, first time to Crete and would definitely return to this Crete and this hotel. Grecotel has its own farm which is included in the package, great trip to see how they produce local olive oil, honey, they provide you with many courses during the visit with delicious food and wine. The beds in the hotel and pillows are so comfortable, the rooms are spotless and room service every day, you have a fridge in your room which is replenished every day with soft drinks, tea and coffee facilities, beach towel and bath towels changed daily. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. The drinks available are branded and good quality, staff behind the bar are efficient as are the staff around the pool, offering you drinks and snacks when required. Young children's pool and activities which is all shaded, 2 main pools with plenty of shade and sunbeds, some in the water which is a lovely treat. Reception staff are very knowledgeable and so helpful, they want to please. Gym and sauna available onsite which looked modern, nice shop onsite The main dining room which is self serve had choice and great quality. Perfect All inclusive"

"My kids really enjoyed the pools but I feel that being 4 and 6 were too young for the Aquapark. We booked online a bungalow room but it was in reality a room. The first two days the bedsheets of our king size bed were too small for the mattress size. The dirty glasses and cups in the room were rinsed not changed, so we started to use the paper ones. We had to asked several times for a bathroom mat for the shower. Staff was friendly and food of the restaurants was excellent. On the other hand, the buffets were OK."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel with a fantastic, relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were superb throughout our stay, genuinely friendly, attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Perfect for couples looking for a peaceful and relaxing resort, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location is also ideal, with lovely local restaurants and bars within easy reach. If you’re looking for something livelier, the nearest busy town is only around 4 miles away, and the hotel is more than happy to arrange a taxi for you. A wonderful stay all round and somewhere we would happily return to."
