The only thing that was nice was the view out of the back, but it did not make up for the crappy bed and rock hard pillows and the noise when you wanted to sleep."

"No pillows on the bed when we got to our room. After getting our pillows (3 flat pillows) we looked at our room. It looked like they were doing maintenance to the room and needed a good cleaning. Other guests checked in about midnight and spent 45 mins swearing and yelling because their room was upstairs. I tried to call the front desk but no phone in room. "From check in to departure, one of the best hotels for the cost. Very secure as all vehicles are inside the hotel perimeter. Rooms were good, floor was a little dirty-all else was fantastic. Very Pet friendly, knowledgeable well trained staff who across the board took an avid interest in ensuring guests were taken care of. Really impressive stay. Kudos to the leadership of this establishment! "
